Regional Supply Chain Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
We are looking for a results-driven and collaborative Supply Chain professional to take end-to-end responsibility for regional Supply Chain performance across EMEA. Based at our Wiesbaden, Germany location, you will lead the regional planning organization, drive supply availability, inventory and OTIF performance, and connect regional execution with our global Supply Chain strategy.
About the Role:
- Regional Supply Chain Performance: Own inventory and supply availability; identify risks, verify performance gaps against targets and ensure disciplined corrective action.
- Own and drive the regional and local S&OP meetings, work closely with Sales to understand future requirements, balance demand and capacity, enable decision-making and follow up on agreed actions.
- Lead Site Planning, local Procurement and Materials Management, working closely with Order Management and Manufacturing as the primary operational interfaces; ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Build the capabilities, resources, succession pipeline, accountabilities and escalation discipline
- Implement global structures, processes, standards and KPIs while ensuring regional master data quality and process compliance.
- Member of the Global Supply Chain Management Team, represent EMEA interests and ensure aligned information, decision-making and escalation flows between regional and global levels.
- Optimize the regional Supply Chain structure and network to improve service, resilience, cost and inventory performance.
- Direct local planning and procurement, ensure timely supply and optimize inventory without tying up unnecessary working capital.
- Lead or participate in global and regional Operations projects and support relevant process and system changes in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
About You:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Operations or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of relevant Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in S&OP, planning, inventory management and procurement within an international environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders and maintain effective escalation discipline
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with a clear focus on performance, data quality and continuous improvement
- Advanced ERP/MRP experience; knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred
- Fluent German and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high personal integrity and willingness to travel up to 20%
