Active Alignment Adhesives

Slight tilts and offsets in camera and LiDAR component alignment can result in image degradation or poor resolution scans, which can be detrimental as drivers rely more heavily on safety features controlled by these components. Many manufacturers have turned to active alignment processes and light-curable adhesives to improve alignment accuracy and manufacturing efficiency. Learn more about active alignment and how Dymax epoxy adhesives are improving performance in the manufacturing of camera module and optical components in our new white paper.

辐射计校准

Degradation of curing bulbs, lightguides, and reflectors can decrease intensity, resulting in incomplete cure. Radiometers are a crucial tool for monitoring light intensity. To ensure they are operating at peak performance, radiometers should be recalibrated every 6-12 months, depending on type. Radiometer calibration is one of several services the Dymax equipment team offers.

New Study Shows Catheter Adhesive Has Excellent Aging Performance

Results from a new aging study performed on the  215-CTH-UR-SC  line of catheter adhesives highlights the adhesives' excellent bond performance. When compared to a competitive product, 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC was initally 10-30% stronger and withstood 3 years of accelerated aging. Testing was also performed to see how 215-CTH-UR-SC's performance compared to older Dymax catheter adhesives.
