上海维修主管
The maintenance supervisor should keep plant facilities running in good conditions effectively, efficiently, and safely. The position should work closely with the maintenance team and multi-functions, such as process, production, and quality. And to be responsible for all facilities control & technical issues including troubleshooting, equipment reliability improvement, equipment preventive maintenance, and good performance of technical support and team management.
About the job:
- Daily maintenance and utility operation team management
- Be responsible for plant assets (infrastructure, utility, process equipment, instrument…) management from the whole life of assets
- Be responsible for the plant control system (DCS) maintaining and upgrading
- Review preventive maintenance planning and implementation to improve site facility reliability
- Develops long-term preventive maintenance strategies for continued improvement on maintenance service systems
- Set goals for maintenance performance through establishing KPIs（HSE, Maintenance Reliability, MTBF/MTTR, Cost control, energy management, employee development, etc)
- Jointly responsible, achieving overhaul budget and schedule according to plant requirement
- Plan and execute the continuous improvement projects together with other departments and implement these projects (MOC, Minor capital projects)
- Manage and audit periodically the contractor onsite; supervise the quality of the work delivered by contractor and the onsite safety
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical or electrical automation control etc…)
- 5 years related working experience in the industry (preferred in Chemical)
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader
- Knowledge of maintenance methods and safety management procedures in industrial production installations
- Familiar with DCS Delta-V and PLC control system, DCS system operation and troubleshooting is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and an ability to compromise
- Understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating
- Able to work irregular hours or be on-call occasionally to support project implementation to deal with faults that occur at the plant operations
- Familiar with engineering tools, AutoCAD, process calculation applications
- Fluent in reading and written English and Mandarin
- Living in Jin Shan, Feng Xian is preferred
